The property is located in a charming tree-lined avenue within the Scotstoun Conservation Area. From Corum’s office on Hyndland Road, turn right and proceed to the traffic lights at Clarence Drive. Turn right onto Clarence Drive and proceed down here, under the railway bridge. At the traffic lights at Broomhill Cross, turn right onto Crow Road and, at the next set of traffic, turn left onto Victoria Park Gardens South. Continue through the next set of traffic lights, across Balshagray Avenue, onto Victoria Park Drive North. Continue along here and proceed straight across the double roundabout, onto Danes Drive. Take the third left onto Duncan Avenue and continue to the end, where number 38 can be found.
