The final Quarter of 2017 has certainly seen an explosive end to another superb year at Corum Bearsden.
Over the course of the last twelve months our dedicated and highly experienced team has delivered phenomenal results for our clients and this has continued right up until the last week of Christmas in which we continued to achieve record-breaking sales even through the freezing fog. Contrary to perceptions and occasional media reports, demand for quality properties remains consistently high at all levels of the market (outstripping supply in many instances) and we would anticipate a similar pattern to exist throughout at least the early part of 2018.
Whilst both Bearsden and Milngavie have seen significant and steady growth in both prices and level of interest, the more outlying and rural markets (whilst in an often more sedate manner) remain an attractive proposition for the discerning and more adventurous house buyer often in search of both a lifestyle alteration as well as a more picturesque outlook.
All of the signs are showing that the property market is set for another exciting and incredible year in 2018 and we, at Corum, are looking forward to outperforming the local market and exceeding client expectations once again.
