Situated on the coast about 8 miles north of Ayr is the town of Troon. The town provides fantastic views to the Isle of Arran and is now established as a major ferry and fishing port and is the closest fishing port to the rest of the UK. It is a lively town with many attractions including shopping and great dining. It is also popular with golf enthusiasts with 6 golf courses, including the Royal Troon Golf Course, host to the Open Golf Championship, which is typically held every 7 years. Troon is only 3 miles away from Glasgow Prestwick International Airport which offers flights to most destinations throughout Europe.

Colin grew up in the picturesque village of Alloway and undertook a Property Studies course at the University of Paisley, before entering the Estate Agency business in 1999. He spent 10 extremely successful years with a Corporate Agency, covering the Ayrshire market before joining market leaders Corum in 2010. Since then, Colin has work in both the Ayr and Troon offices, helping to establish both as the leading service providers in their respective areas. Colette has over 30 years’ experience in Estate Agency. She joined a large Corporate Estate Agency in 1983, after graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a business degree and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources. She worked as Branch Manager in the Paisley office before becoming the Training Manager, a role she successfully fulfilled for 15 years.

Having moved to Ayrshire,Colette joined Corum in 2007, moving to the Troon office in 2008. Colette has extensive knowledge of Troon and the surrounding areas and has worked in very challenging markets throughout her career. Colette is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that buyers and sellers are well informed at every stage of a transaction. She is proactive in all aspects of the business and is extremely enthusiastic about aiming to get the best price possible for her clients. After working all her life in Estate Agency she cannot imagine finding any other job as fulfilling.
