Largs is a popular holiday destination and is becoming increasingly popular for those looking for a seaside home in a town with a good range of amenities and recreational facilities. There are three local primary schools, Brisbane Primary, Kelburn Primary and St Mary’s Primary and a secondary school, Largs Academy. The new Largs Campus school which will incorporate the primary and secondary schools is due to open in 2018. Inverclyde, Scotland’s National Sport’s centre has also recently been refurbished.
