Westerton is on the south-westerly fringe of Bearsden and its assets include an excellent local primary school, a railway station nearby with services into Glasgow’s West End and City Centre. There is a library, a couple of local shops including a general store with a wider range of amenities found in Bearsden including quality independent retailers, coffee houses, restaurants and a bistro bar. It has a few banks, a Post office and a Marks & Spencer’s food hall. By car, the City Centre can be reached within circa. twenty minutes, off peak, as can Glasgow’s International Airport. In Milngavie are the excellent facilities of Nuffield Health Club and a Waitrose food hall.
From Corum’s office at Canniesburn Toll exit northbound onto Drymen Road (A809) and take first left onto Canniesburn Road. Proceeding along here until it becomes Drumchapel Road, take left onto Blairdardie Road and at the roundabout take first exit onto Moraine Avenue and continue ahead to Almond Bank which becomes Almond Road where the property can be found.
