Moving home is an exciting time but the media ‘doom and gloom’ reporting of recent months has resulted in consumer confidence dropping to an all time low.

However, every day we are seeing positive signs of growth by way of higher volumes of sales, including closing dates once again being a relatively frequent occurrence, and through the number of qualified buyers looking to purchase. 

A shortage of quality stock is, without doubt, leading to frustration for many of our clients but Corum’s personal shopper service allows us to scour the market and achieve that perfect match.

Whilst transactions are up, prices remain somewhat static. Clients coming to the market with a Home Report, or, having repositioned their asking price in line with the current market, have been selling quicker, freeing them up in many cases to make valuable savings on a purchase.
