This appears to be the mindset amongst the majority of buyers who are currently registered with our Shawlands branch. 

A considerable number of ‘hot buyers’ are motivated to buy and in a position to conclude rapidly, as soon as they secure a suitable property. 

During an economic downturn, it’s refreshing to see so many people taking advantage of stable property values and low interest rates.  Their attitude seems to be that now is the time to move, particularly if purchasing across or up market.

Properties listed recently, well presented and realistically priced, have attracted healthy levels of interest and in some instances closing date sales have been achieved after only a couple of weeks marketing.

This renewed demand has resulted in a shortfall of quality properties, particularly within the middle to upper market. 

With spring in the air, has there ever been a better time to put your house on the market and take advantage of the number of eager buyers waiting to make a purchase?
