We are looking for a positive, articulate and commercially minded individual looking to establish a long term career in Estate Agency.
Our ideal candidate should live in West Renfrewshire or surrounding villages and be fully versed with the local community and all its amenities.
A graduate or previous work experience in sales would be preferred, although not necessary and ideally they would have no previous Estate Agency experience.
Our Apprenticeship programme has now been successfully established for around 9 years and has been instrumental in developing the emerging talent that is now instrumental in driving our business forward.

At our Bridge of Weir branch, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the team. A key role at the core of our service proposition, the successful candidate will:
Have a polished and professional manner both in person and on the telephone.
Provide internal support and infrastructure to our sales team.
Be a key component in the information distribution and co-ordination of marketing and promotional materials to clients.
Manage client property information on our website and general branch administration. Have a good level of audio-typing skills and full experience in Word and Excel.

SALES CONSULTANT - SHAWLANDS
We are looking for a dedicated, outgoing individual with excellent communication and organisation skills in order to carry out a sales consultant role in our busy Shawlands office.
The successful candidate must have a friendly and efficient telephone manner, pay great attention to detail and be able to self-motivate.
They must have an entirely flexible approach as the workload will be varied and as with any customer focused business, there are deadlines and therefore a degree of pressure.
Previous experience is preferred but not required, however correct attitude is essential.
Potential for a highly successful long term career should not be underestimated.
