Adam (Scotland) Ltd is a design-led company with considerable
experience of developing sensitive locations. Every Adam home
is unique. Unlike other housebuilders, we do not have a standard
house type or style, each development is individually designed
and sensitive to the local neighbourhood. Carefully selected
materials that enhance the surrounding properties are used
and by working closely with our architects, we ensure that each

Every Adam home is built to ensure that each property benefits
from effective heat insulation, soundproofing, fire resistance and
structural stability and the three homes at Bardowie Brae are no
exception. Reconstituted blonde sandstone will be a feature of
the base, sills, lintels and kitchen projections with an off-white
render elsewhere. The properties will have a natural slate roof.
Mahogany stained natural timber will be used for windows,
garage doors and fascias.
Internally our philosophy to aspire to the highest principals of
design and workmanship is carried on throughout. Every detail,
from the sculptured coving and matching skirtings to the very
latest in kitchen and bathroom design and communication
technology, is carefully considered. Combine these attributes
